(More customer reviews)Not sure what some of the complaints are about.I have had this for several months and logged several thousand frequent flier miles with it and it has never failed to perform.The entire thing weighs less, and takes up less space, then the power adapter that came with my Dell Laptop.Plus it charges my laptop, iPod, iPhone, Bluetooth headset, and BlackBerry.All of these chargers fit in a pouch that is smaller and weighs less then the charger that came with my Dell.The tips fit just fine, I have never had them fall off or feel like they are too tight.I do a lot of traveling and this is probably the best travel essential item I own.You won't regret buying this if you are tired of taking several chargers on the road with you.
